Day 2- #2 鹿に引かれて奈良ホテル – A deer led us to Nara Hotel

Café at Nara Hotel ☆☆☆☆☆

I met my close friend living in Osaka at Kintetsu Nara station and we started our stroll.
We had no idea what she was doing but we met a noble looking deer at a small space in residential streets and she led us to cross a road.
A few minutes later we found the “Nara Hotel” in front of us then we decided to have tea break in the morning. (Yes, we took a “cake set” with tea & cake we selected)
The time flied while we were talking after all those 2 years since we have seen each other last time.
It is not a schedule you put accurate time on your calendar in advance but this kind of time should be essential for your life, I think.
I & my friend got off to a fabulous start of my first trip in Nara.

Taking one step inside of Nara Hotel, we felt the air is filled with good & warm smell of old wood.
We were impressed by retro styled interior and authentic & classical furniture.  They are really gorgeous and I fully accept the hotel is called as “Guest Palace in western Japan” which has a long history to host imperial families and many state guests for 100 years.
