Hustle-Bustle Cooking Class

We cooked 2 main dishes - fish & chicken along with Maccha brownie also.

I joined a cooking class at the end of September and I've never experienced such a cooking time in a crowded room - many participants tried to cook so many dishes in a short time.
It's so busy and only allowed us to enjoy eating for 15 minutes...
I appreciate the organizer's efforts but for me, it's a great pity that we had to throw away the leftover food and ingredients a lot.  I love our Japanese custom to "finish all dishes served for you" contains feelings for esteeming values of foods with gratitude for them that are believed to provide us with their power of life through cooking.
