ブレッドマイスター現る - Bread Master


それはブルーなはずの先週の月曜日の朝のこと。
出社するとデスクの上になんと素敵なものが!

自家製天然酵母を使ったレーズンパンとマンゴーパン。
皮はパリッと中はふんわりと美味しく焼けてました~
火曜日の朝はいつもよりリッチな朝食に

仕事もできる上に、こんな美味しいパンを焼ける同僚のことを本当、尊敬!
密かに自分の引き出しが多いって素敵なこと。

Blue Monday morning was suddenly turned into jolly one as I found a lovely thing was on my desk at the office last week!

Home-baked raisin bread & mango bread using homemade wild yeast,
successfully baked with crispy crust and soft crumbs.
I decided to enjoy rich breakfast than usual on Tuesday.

Let me show my best respect for my colleague, as he is great at his job and also can bake such delicious breads!
Someone of many talents in secret is attractive.
