- A big Watermelon

One of my colleagues brought a huge watermelon weighted over 10 kg to our office and it’s hard to cut it into pieces to share the summer taste with many colleagues.
It tasted great with incredible sweetness I had never had in watermelons.
(We even had a difficulty to put it into the refrigerator at the office. When we tried to put it into a cold room after a lot of efforts, the refrigerator inclined toward us…)

Watermelons in Obanazawa are called East Yokozuna (=Sumo champion. A simile in Japanese) and famous for the sweet tastes produced by to the extreme temperature difference in their land.
