When we were having lunch at
a cafe, we saw a troop of women on the street in lines wearing Kimono and woven
hat from which lilies were “sticking out”.
Their look are somehow extraordinary
but a traditional ritual was about to start at the Isagawa shrine just next to
that café.
We were so lucky to see dance
by Miko (shrine maidens), listening to live music of Gagaku (traditional court
music in Japan). That was a special occasion
for us. We also received purification
from the Shinto priest.
