ドーパミン ドライブ ‐ Dopamine Drive

バーINCUBATORでの先週のイベント「研究者Live!」
テーマはドーパミン。

美味しいゴハンでも、確かにドーパミンが出てる！感じ。

とても興味があったし、実際のお話も、とても面白かった！
でも、
快感を感じる脳の領域に電極が突き刺されたネズミが、
電気刺激を求めて一心不乱にレバーを押し続ける動画が怖かった。
恍惚とした表情で、餌を食べることも忘れて。

だけど、人を動かすのものは、ドーパミンが全てなのではない、と思うし、ドーパミンだけに突き動かされているなんて思いたくない。

I joined "Investigator Live!" last week @ my favorite bar, INCUBATOR.  

The theme was "Dopamine" and it's very interesting but also so scary when I watched a video of experiments using rats with an electrode stabbed in a particular part of their brain which feels mental comfort or ecstasy.

They kept pushing lever to receive the electrical stimulation over and over again, without drinking & eating. 

But I say, I believe Dopamine just cannot drive all of us.
