アート鑑賞、街歩き、温泉、美しい自然を満喫！
I made a short trip to Matsumoto City & Kamikochi with my friend. We enjoyed art, walking the streets in the small old castle town "Matsumoto", a hot spring & beautiful nature in "Kamikochi", one of the most famous national parks in Japan.
松本出身の草間彌生の巨大作品がお出迎え。

You can see many natural springs for free in the city.
The fresh water was cold and sweet, tasted really good.
山並みがバックの松本城。中に入るのは80分待ち！

中町通りの蔵を改造した和カフェでかき氷

城下町の古き良き風情のお店も老舗の和菓子屋さんを巡るのも楽しいですが、お洒落なカフェや雑貨屋さんも。
曇り時々雨で、街の散策には丁度良い一日！
街中の化粧品店の女性曰く、松本は日本一UVが強いところだそう。
It was cloudy day with occasional rains so ideal for strolling around the city because a local lady at a cosmetic store said "Ultraviolet rays in Matsumoto city are the strongest in Japan".
やたら車内放送が「8時ちょうど」連呼で力が入っていたような。
We left at 8:00 sharp for Matsumoto by Azusa, special express train, like the old famous Japanese song.
