創作和食系のお店でデザートメニューに「芋ようかん」発見。
熱い日本茶に芋ようかん♥と思っていたら、
出てきたのは、このプレート。あれ、あれ?
なのでコーヒーと一緒ににいただきました。
結論、やっぱり、シンプルに舟和の芋ようかんと番茶がベストマッチだな~
I chose "Imo-yokan, Yokan made from sweet potato paste only with a little sugar & salt" from the dessert menu at a modern casual Japanese restaurant with joy. I had expected just a simple one, a combination of Imo-yokan & hot Japanese tea but this big plate was served in front of me. I guess it was too much and I naturally chose coffee for this.
Imo-yokan of FUNAWA and Bancha; Japanese coarse tea, this is much the best.
