自称「木漏れ日愛好家」、
きれいな空気と緑、渓谷と滝、
川のせせらぎと温泉を愛する私としては
奥多摩ハイキングは最高のホリデーになるわけです。
日が高いうちからの露天風呂は
サイコーですな。
I went hiking in Okuyama with my friend and which made me happy perfectly as I love pure air and beautiful nature with murmur of a river, green valley & waterfall when I can enjoy sunlight filtering through trees, especially an open-air hot spring during a day before the sunset is waiting for us after hiking.
今回は、澤乃井さんの酒蔵見学と利き酒も♪
きれいな水にしか住めない沢ガニが棲まう神聖な湧水で
仕込まれた日本酒です。
We visited SAKE brewery of "Sawanoi" and joined the study tour. We tried SAKE tasting after we were impressed by their brewery and well protected welling of water where Japanese freshwater crabs can live.
沢ガニが商標になってるのですね。
Japanese freshwater crabs are their trademark.
