夢に、デルヴォー - Delvaux in Dreams

I love all sorts of arts.

In front of exquisite arts, you can easily jump into another world,

away from the reality, just filled with sensational feelings.

Or I can feel something permanent or

common struggling against mortality beyond the centuries,

cultures, faiths and languages in art works

– sometimes it is beautiful, joyful & suggestive, 
sometimes sad, miserable & chaotic.

Anyway, you can believe in the potential of human beings

for the better world in front of various arts.

Well, but in most cases, I just sense “I love it”

and simply enjoy my feelings moved by my favorites or masterpieces.

I found the several photos when I went out to an exhibition of 
 Paul Delvaux last autumn,

one of Belgium's most famous painters and he is one of my favorites.

I also enjoyed taking a stroll under the blue sky.

I will report about his story next.

アートが好きな私ですが、何が素晴らしいって

ため息が出るような素晴らしいアートの前では

現実を忘れて、別世界へ行けちゃうこと。

ただ、うっとりその世界に包まれて。

どの作品にも込められている、時や文化、宗教、言葉を超えて共通の

不変なものへの飽くなき挑戦を感じたり。

それは時に、美しくて喜びと示唆に富んでいるものであり、

時に悲惨で混沌としているものであったりするわけだけど。

どちらにしろ、さまざまなアートの前で、

より善き世界を創り出そうという人類のポテンシャルを感じるのだ。

まあ、大抵の場合、
お気に入りの作品や傑作に心動かされた心地良さを楽しんで、

ただ「これ好き！」って感じているだけのことが多いかもしれないけど。

昨年秋、好きな画家のうちのひとり、 
ポール・デルボー展を見に行った時の写真を発見。

青空の下、美術館のある公園のお散歩も楽しかったし！

次回、彼について書いてみるつもりデス。
