春鎌倉 - Kamakura in spring

4月11日は休暇を取って友人と鎌倉へ
そして、私にとっての初江の島上陸記念日。
江の島では山桜が満開で、
青空と水平線、桜一緒の風景を見ることができるなんて!
なんて贅沢。
舞い散る桜の花びらを追うネコ
神社やお寺で歴史を感じ
念願の生シラス丼
波打ち際のしぶきと潮の香り
雲の間から差し込む光の階段
水平線に沈んでいく夕日に
今年の目標をお互い語り合い

こうやって、また次の日から頑張れちゃうわけですね。


I took 1 day off on April 11th and made an excursion to Kamakura with my friend.

And it's also the first day for me to visit Enoshima island where we could still enjoy watching cherry blossoms in full bloom.
In Enoshima,
Cherry blossoms under the blue sky & against the horizon,
A cat chasing after a fluttering cherry petal,
Feeling something deep from historical shrines & temples,
Shirasu-don (rice bowl dishes with
young anchovies) we longed for,
The sea spray & salt smell by the shore,
Arrows of sunshine shot through the clouds or staircases to the heaven,
And we talked about our goals for this year each other while watching the sunset on the horizon.

Happily energized, we could get started again from the next day.
