おでんの日より – A Day for ODEN

急性胃炎で、夜通しトイレでおえおえな後、
ほぼ4日間で消化した固形物はゆでたまご1コ。
病み上がりで気温もうすら寒い、そんな時には「おでん」!
冬場じゃなくても美味しいですなぁ~
丁寧にとってあるお出汁もご馳走です。ああ、美味しかったー

たくさんいただきました♡

冷酒もこんな素敵に出されるといいですな~
私はひと口だけ。もちろん。
It's so nice - SAKE(Japanese rice wine) was served like this.
I sipped just a little bit.

Acute gastritis made me down and my stomach could digest only 1 solid food – a boiled egg for almost 4 days.
The temperature dropped due to bad weather, so we decided to eat “ODEN - a Japanese food of stewed ingredients ” like a rule at the night of the holiday of a cold season.
YES! It’s so goooood even if it’s not a cold season.
The authentic DASHI(Japanese soup stock) should be also staple food when you taste fabulous Japanese cuisine.
