小さな美術館 - Small art museums in Tokyo

I found small but very nice 2 museums in the same area of Tokyo, thanks to an organizer of a meetup in November.
I say these kinds of small museums are the best to visit aimlessly when you are reluctant to go somewhere very crowded.
You can walk to the another museum as they are close.

#1 Kimono Modernism @ SEN-OKU HAKUKO KAN

All the old Kimono on this exhibition are amazing.
More fashionable than Kimono we see nowadays.
We would love to wear them if we had.

#2 Fujihira Shin: On Wings of Dreams @ Musee TOMO

Fascinated by his ceramic works like scenes of beautiful picture books, feeling winds far from somewhere in foreign lands.
The museum itself and exhibition style are very beautiful and there is a fabulous restaurant beside a Japanese garden in the museum.

今迄訪れたことがない美術館を1日で2か所回りました。
こういうこじんまりした美術館は、

大勢の人で込み合うところに行く気力がない時、
ふらっと訪れるのに良いですね。
オーガナイザーに感謝です！

２つは美術館は近いので歩いて行けちゃいます。

#1 特別展「きもの　モダニズム」

この頃のデザインなら、着物着たい！と思います。
今の着物デザインに生かせば良いのになー、
とつくづく思いました。

#2 夢つむぐ人　藤平伸の世界 展

感銘を受けたのは、
絵本に出てくるような情景が思い浮かぶ作品の数々。
その情景は日本のものではなく、
風を感じるどこか遠い異国のものでした。

とっても素敵な空間でした。
展示もシンプルながら品良く趣向が凝らしてあって楽しめました。
日本庭園を眺めることができる館内のレストランも、
かなりポイント高しですな。
