6月から会社のカフェでお試し販売が始まったオーガニックキッチンの野菜メインのお弁当(@600円・限定50食)。
早速初日にトライ。
玄米ゴハン、うまっ。(柔らかく炊けてました)
いろいろなおかずが入っていて大満足!腹持ちも良くって身体も喜んでいるカンジ。
味付けが、私の好みより甘めなのが、ちょっとだけ残念でした。
マクロビとかオーガニックはこだわるとキリがなく、ストイックな道へ生き方も変えないわけで。
それより、「食」自体を楽しみながら、時に取り入れてみるカンジが、今の自分にとって一番かな。
一番好きな和食は、素材の味が引き立つ薄味で、美味しいお出汁がきいているのが理想。
6月中旬に両親と食事した荒木町「こんどう」のお料理!
本当に美味しいお出汁が効いて全て素晴らしかったです。
The cafeteria in our company started selling OBENTO (lunch boxes) using organic vegetables (only 50 boxes per day@ 600JPY) from June.
I tried it on the first day and liked it because the brown-rice was well cooked, along with generously various side dishes including organic vegetables.
The seasoning was a little bit sweet & salty for me, but still it was filling satisfactory.
Well, we can’t easily be a great believer in organic, macrobiotic food, nor a vegetarian because you have to change your life style before that.So I think it’s perfectly OK if we can sometimes enjoy and appreciate eating good food.I think WASHOKU(Japanese food) depends on DASHI; the soup stock. It’s more important than anything else to be cooked with good DASHI.I and my parents are very satisfied with dinner at KONDO, a cozy & authentic Japanese restaurant in Araki-cho. We enjoyed prix-fixe menu in mid-June. All the dishes were really great & beautiful, cooked with wonderful DASHI.
